1) What is a Personal Trainer and Personal Training?
- A Personal Trainer (also known as PT) is a professional who helps clients in their exercises (programs). Depending on experience and qualification, a Personal Traine's responsibilites range from administering exercise programs to customizing a client's fitness and nutrition program.
- Personal Training (also often referred to as PT) is usually a term used to describe a session of exercise conducted specifically between a Personal Trainer and the client. Personal Training are customized exercise programs which helps the client to achieve his/her fitness goals.


2) I do not wish to build bulky muscles. Can I still take Personal Training ?

- YES. Personal training is not all about building muscles. Each exercise program is customized and tailormade to you and your fitness goals - be it losing unwanted weight and body fat, improving your golf swing, running a marathon, or getting ready for your wedding day.
